Uso del sildenafil para la disfunción eréctil

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio prospectivo y analítico en 32 hombres que asistieron a la consulta de sexología del municipio San José de las Lajas por presentar disfunción eréctil y recibieron tratamiento con Sildenafil para este trastorno de la esfera sexual. Se analizó la historia clínica sexológica, los exámenes de laboratorio y para clasificar la disfunción eréctil previo y posterior al tratamiento con Sildenafil se le aplicó el Índice Internacional de Función Eréctil Abreviado. El 59,3 % de los pacientes estaban entre los 51 y 60 años de edad, la hipercolesterolemia predominó con el 62,5 %, el 65,6 % son fumadores, 71,8 % de los pacientes presentó una disfunción moderada previo al tratamiento, solo el 28,5 % presentó complicaciones durante la ingestión del medicamento y el 12,5 % no respondió al tratamiento con Sildenafil.
