Abstract

Relevant aspects of the flourishing life of Dr. Carmen Núñez are presented. Popular surgeon, for the solution she applies to cases, successful in her professional profile, friendly, cheerful and determined in caring for patients, regardless of the severity health condition they present, affable, competent with a close relationship with students and the rest of the professors, able of fulfilling the tasks assigned to her, outstanding in her internationalist activity. In Dr. Carmen´s life, there are many interesting events, this is a summary of the most relevant aspects. She can be considered an example of a teacher, professional, mother, colleague and friend, with extensive work worthy of imitation, she was a charismatic person who shines with her own light. Her life, work and values are worth following.
