Guide by components of sanitary intervention in territories at risk

On January 30th 2020, the World Health Organization, considers COVID-19, as a world health emergency. The Resolution 82/20 of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Cuba declares the sanitary emergency in March, 2021. The development of sanitary interventions constitutes a pertinent instrument of the Health Systems. This article has the purpose to present the main elements in the guide by components of sanitary intervention in territories at risk, as an experience in three municipalities in Matanzas. Articles from qualified sources and Web sites of scientific prestige were reviewed. As a conclusion, it can be said that the design and establishment of functions of the components, make possible to develop an appropriate process of planning, organization, execution and control, so it is proposed to establish the Guide by components of sanitary intervention in territories at risk, taking into account the experience in three municipalities from Matanzas.
